My 10 Percent's Mission is to give forgotten youth HOPE for a future they desire and FAITH that what they desire will come to fruition. We will do this by extending LOVE through my own 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was launched earlier this year.
During our first year, we’ve supported foster youth programs such as Rawhide and Excellerate, as well as provided support to Eye Heart World, which helps victims of sex trafficking, and fights to end the epidemic. Back home in Dallas, we’re working to support Hope Supply Co., which helps meet the critical needs of homeless children in the area. We're also working alongside Jockey Being Family to raise awareness and support the needs of adoptive families.

Where does the name come from?
The Bible talks about giving a tithe (10 percent), and also cheerfully giving to those in need (2 Corinthians 9:6-9). Part of my personal tithe is my platform and the influence that I now have. And, I will cheerfully use my platform and influence to give to those in need.
The Fruit?
It was Jesus who said “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5 NKJV). It is because of Jesus that I am able to do what I am doing. The fruit that Jesus is talking about that will be given to those from My 10 Percent includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Ty's Story
Ty is the only child of Lisa Montgomery, who raised her son alongside 17 foster brothers in Dallas, Texas.
During his childhood, Ty saw first-hand the important role and influence fostering has had on his brothers. Now, he wants to do his part to support foster teens as they prepare for adulthood, by giving them the life skills necessary to bear a fruitful and successful life.
Through Ty’s foundation, My 10 Percent, a registered 501c3, he has helped launch the Excellerate program in Green Bay.
Additionally, Ty has served as a board member for Eye Heart World, that helps support victims of sex trafficking and fights to end the epidemic. In November, My 10 Percent provided a substantial amount of food to the Rose Home, in Brown County Wisconsin, that houses women who have been victims of sex trafficking. In March of 2019, My 10 Percent supported Hope Supply Company in Dallas, Texas, to help them provide diapers and other essential needs to homeless families in the metro Dallas area.
My 10 Percent was formed in the spring of 2018 as a way for Ty to give back to the forgotten youth of society, so that they will have a better chance to succeed in life. Will you join us in the fight?
